Located in the quaint Devil’s Hole area of Newaygo on the Muskegon River with pristine clear water and world class fishing for salmon, rainbow and brown trout, walleye and more. Enjoy a fun & relaxing stay while tubing , kayaking or rafting , golfing , hiking & or mountain biking on the Dragon Trail . Explore the town of Newaygo and the many restaurants offered . Outdoor space with fire pits & grill. The space The main cottage has an open floor plan . Kitchen and living room , along side 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom . The entire home has been remolded with a/c and all the amenities of home. The rustic bunk house is a separate cabin , behind the main cottage with one room featuring a double size bunk bed , and single bed . Has a large bar with mini- Refrigerator & coffee maker & several board games . Ceiling fan , no air conditioning . Has electric base board heat. The riverside out door cozy space has a gas grill , night lights , dining table and relaxing chairs plus has astroturf from HS football field in Battle Creek, Michigan. Fire pit in the back yard & a small wood burning chiminea riverside . Guest access You have full access to the main cottage and bunk house . The Michigan Dutch Barn is locked for private home owner storage. Other things to note Charming outdoor side yard is equipped with a picnic table , gas grill , dining table with 4 chairs and out door lights . The astroturfing is from the High School in Battle Creek former football field. You will have 4 zero gravity chairs for reclining . Plus a fire pit in front and back of house . Fishing license in the state of Michigan is required for adults.Only 10 minutes from Newaygo , Michigan. Spring & Fall salmon fishing is a great time !
