This tiny home is nestled under Oak trees in a small tiny house community in the heart of the Hill Country. 5 miles outside of Marble Fall and 2 miles from Hidden Falls Adventure Park. The space The Nature Loft is located on 8 acres of prime hill country beauty. On the land you will find a seasonal creek, a pond and 4 other unique tiny homes with plenty of space for privacy. ⭐️No WiFi. We are in the country and encourage guests to disconnect. You will never find another tiny home like this! Lofty ceilings, butcher block countertops, on demand water heater for endless hot showers, charcoal grill, fire pit, queen size bed and comfy couch, four burner cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave and tons of other features. Soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided along with towels and linens. Kitchen comes stocked with pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, French press coffee maker, Keurig, coffee, creamer, tea and kettle! This tiny home is environmentally friendly and features the Nature’s Head compost toilet. Located on FM 1431 about 45 minutes from North Austin and 5 minutes from Marble Falls. The property is conveniently located on 1431 so you might hear some road noise. Marble Falls is a super cute lake community. It has a thriving downtown area with tons of shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Guest access You have free roam of the property! Collect firewood, explore, grill out, whatever! Be careful while exploring as it is the country.
