Duplex in the countryside

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation: a brand new and comfortable duplex in the countryside. Located in the center of the village of Vermenton! The second bedroom is upstairs and the stairs to access it are not safe: there is no guardrail (see photo), this is important information to take into account for young children. The space Duplex accommodation: on the 1st floor you have the living room, kitchen (open to the living room), bedroom and bathroom, upstairs you have a 2nd bedroom with a bit of an attic (ideal for 1 person or two children, however the stairs are not safe, see the photo of the bedroom upstairs) Guest access The whole apartment is for you! Other things to note We have a TV with a box that gives you access to Netflix, and Canal+! Pellets for the stove are only provided for stays of 3 nights or more. Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment
