The space Location in very walkable city area where car is not required, but we do have off street parking. Small, bright and cozy unit on lower level. Other things to note This is a monthly rental with minimum stay 30 days. Please know the pets and smoking not permitted, and there will be a fee per house rules if house rules are broken. Also, please share a little about your selves. State ID or passport submission required. Guest Must read all the house rules and comply to them. Please Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Must take garbage out to the curb every Thursday night and bring cans back Friday. Guest are required to sprinkle salt in the winter and clean snow for their pathways and cars. On stays of 30days or longer, Management requires minimum credit score of 700 and must have proof of income where income is greater then monthly rent * 40. State ID is required.
