With a gas station 2 minutes away and major shopping centers 15 minutes. You’re not to far from civilization, but far enough to breathe and take in the “ Peace & Quite”. Enjoy Greeneville’s Historic Downtown in only 11 minutes. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg are 90 minutes away. The space Twin size beds in both small rooms. 1 queen bed in master bedroom with full bathroom. All have closets and clothes racks. House stays warm with a little heat. Cool in the summer with AC and ceilings fans everywhere! Security system by Vivint. This consists of 2 exterior only cameras located on front and back entry door bells. Window sensors throughout the house for extra safety. Fire hazard monitoring alarms that connect to both Vivint & Greeneville Fire Department. House is set on a lush and well landscaped 2 acres. Guest access Everything and everywhere except the garage. Other things to note Whether you’re visiting with family, enjoying the numerous mountain adventures, or working while away from home.
