We are less than 5 minutes away from: Anse Marcel beach, Orient Bay beach, Grand Case Beach, L'Esperance (the French airport), supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and other amenities. All our guests receive 10% discount at FWI Bar and Brewery. The space This apartment is 49 square meters. There is one airconditioned bedroom. The toilet and shower are in one separate room. The kitchen and living room are open planned. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster and Nespresso machine. The living room has an air condition and a fan. The laundry is in a separate room off of the living room and has the iron board, washing machine and drying rack. The living room opens out to the terrace. The terrace is very sunny and open. There is a fan, a dining table and a hammock on the terrace. Please respect the maximum weight for the hammock of 100kg. The hammock is for a single person only. Guest access The guest has access to the entire apartment and backyard. Other things to note The unit is a corner unit and has access to a large garden that starts to the front and then goes to the left side of the property. From time to time, the gardeners pass to cut the grass and hedges of the garden. You are welcome to use the hammock on the terrace at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any injury you may incur due to improper use. Please respect the maximum weight for the hammock of 100 kilograms. The hammock is for a single person only. There is a weekly cleaning fee for long stays in order to maintain the standard of the property. We encourage autonomy during your Airbnb visit. The laundry room can be used to wash towels and sheets should you require more than is provided during your stay. The property is located on a small hill with a steep incline, so we recommend that visitors rent a car if they wish to stay at our property. Please note that Saint Martin is an island with a lot of hills.
