There's also a connected carport, a paved driveway, a huge back yard that was landscaped and decorated, and a private fenced-in patio with plenty of furniture and a grill! If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible. As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day. - PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and its amenities. This includes the fenced in backyard and outdoor furniture. This is ALL private and NOT SHARED. There is a FREE washer & dryer on site! Other things to note Free parking in the driveway, maximum two (2) cars per reservation. Parking is not allowed in the street. If you have a conflict with the parking requirements, please message us directly. PET POLICY - Please review the pet policy under house rules. As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages.
