Access to all amenities and an excellent Wi-Fi network. Not Visitors allowed per policy. you won't feel we live here. We keep dog in basement. REMEMBER WILDLIFE IN CT The space Spacious room with clean linen ceiling fan air conditioned and heat Full bathroom with shower, Hot water and essentials: toilet paper and towels. Small shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and a bath soap only to start you stay. Very basic. free internet WIFI. No Breakfast provided. Coffee and Primo water fountain all the time. Guest access common areas TO SHARE WITH OTHERS : 1. Kitchen: fridge, microwave, Keurig, pots, pans, plates and utensils, cups and basic seasoning and oil. Not oven available. Not dishwasher available. Keep kitchen clean all the time is a must. 2. Dining room: 6 places, Keep clean 3. Living room 4. Laundry: Next to kitchen, $5 charge per use with detergent included. Just let me know. 5. Patio with plenty space to relax and enjoy. NOT a smoking area. 6. Free Parking in front of the house , close to mail box but not blocking the mail box , always available and secure. during snow time we will provide parking, but you need to move your car as needed. 7.
