Book our SUNNY Apartment, and enjoy your stay in Budva at our great location. For the monthly price - all bills are included in the price (electricity, water, wifi + cable TV) and we provide cleaning + new sheets every 10 days. With a great location, you are a few minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The beach is 6-7min walking distance, and you have a pool, sauna, and sunbeds in the yard. The space The SUNNY Apartment is equipped with a big double bed 160x200cm for 2 people, and we also provide a crib for a child up to 3 years old. It has its own entrance, balcony, and limited free parking ( 5 parking spots ). There is a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a stove. A spa experience is just a min away from this apartment, our new and modern sauna is located in a separate facility in our yard. With an extra big towel and a bathrobe, you can enjoy and relax, we got everything you need. A big balcony is perfect to enjoy sunny days. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment, yard, barbecue, a limited free parking space, and sauna which is located in a separate facility in our yard. Other things to note *** City tax is 1€ per person per day, not included in the price. The registration must be completed within 24 hours of your arrival in Montenegro. *** All shops are closed on Sunday, except the gas stations. *** We have 5 private parking spaces for 16 apartments. Because of the limited number, parking is not guaranteed and works on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking reservations are not possible. *** Parking in our yard is free, private, and secured by video surveillance, a gate, and a ramp. If all parking spots are taken, please look for a parking space outside. We kindly ask you not to block other cars and not to park if there is no available space. **** We can provide a travel cot for a child up to 3 years old and a high chair, free of charge. Guests must request the cot and the chair in advance.
