The space Located in the Center, Casa de Influencia is a retreat center with interior design inspired by Frida and the bright Mexican colours. The total retreat center is also available for rent and can be rented in different configurations by combining apartments for a total capacity for 20 people, includes access to the therapy room and space for events on the rooftop with a stage and bar. Please note our property is located on a hill and access from the main road is via a narrow cobbled lane that some taxi drivers will not drive up. Uber and Indriver will drive up the narrow lane if you tell them there is a turn around at the top and space for drop off. Parking is not permitted at our neighbours property but drop off of luggage is permitted. This property is not suitable for people with mobility problems or pregnant women because of the hilly uneven cobbled lane. We ;do not have an elevator and the first floor accomodation has 15 steps from the street entrance. This apartment is on the third floor so it is not suitable for those who cannot walk up 45 plus stairs. The rooftop is on the 4th floor and the total stairs is over 60 stairs. Guest access On the 4th floor there is access to the public event space featuring a community kitchen, therapy room (you can book a private massage and other services), dining table for 14 (check availability) and the roof top event space with bar. Please note our building has no elevator and the rooftop is accessed by around 70 steps from the entrance through entrance door no.10. Other things to note We are in a local Mexican neighbourhood and you will get to experience the authentic narrow cobbled streets and meet the local Huichol people who are our neighbours. We recommend good walking shoes as the area is hilly with uneven pavements and we are a five-story building with no elevator. We have staff to help you with your luggage and we aim to always meet you on your arrival.
