This immaculate four bedroom house is located on a quiet road, in the village of Dullingham, three miles from Newmarket Town. The front of the house overlooks privately owned horse racing gallops and at the back of the house there is large grass garden. The house is a five minute walk from a children’s play area and the Kings Head Pub which serves superb food. The house is light and airy with a large family kitchen and separate living room. The space The property is a new build but with a really cosy feel. There is a big wooden cot and changing station and a high chair in the kitchen if needed. The garden has lots of space for young ones to let off steam! There is a great outdoor patio that leads from the kitchen with large table and seating - perfect for eating outdoors. Guest access I have a lovely picnic basket that you are welcome to borrow and take on a country walk.
