The house consists of a private entrance with a small balcony, a living room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed with a small bathroom equipped with a sink/toilet and a full bathroom with a shower. The space From an 8-step staircase, you can access the 1st floor on a small balcony. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a living room and an open kitchen. Two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and a smaller one with sink and toilet directly in one of the bedrooms. P.S.: In the double bedroom, there is a walk-in closet where I have stored my things and it is forbidden to enter. Guest access The entire house is available except for the walk-in closet, which is located in the master bedroom, where I have stored my things. Entering the walk-in closet is prohibited. Other things to note Guests must kindly provide an identity document for only one person and the personal details (name, surname, date and place of birth) of all the others for registration on the State Police portal and for the tourist tax required by the municipality of Moneglia. Of course, I'll take care of this. The tourist tax is applied to all guests aged 14 and over. It applies per guest and per night of stay. It is equal to 1 euro only for the first 7 days of your stay.
