Occasionally, unpleasant odors may be perceived from the building's plumbing, the city's sanitation system, or even adjacent units, and may be felt in areas such as bathrooms, underground garages, and beaches, especially when Punta is at its maximum capacity as in the summer season. To minimize the impact, we recommend opening windows or using air fresheners or air conditioning. On the other hand, the quality of the beach water is regularly monitored by local authorities, including the presence of bacteria such as streptococcus.
