The space The apartment, measuring 20 sqm, features a solid wood double sofa bed with a luxurious 17 cm memory foam mattress, promising rejuvenating nights of rest. To optimize space, we recommend accommodation for two adults or one adult with one/two children, ensuring a more intimate and comfortable experience. The bathroom, recently renovated, offers a modern shower cabin, built-in outlets, a hairdryer, and a bidet. The inclusion of a washing machine adds further convenience to your stay. The kitchen is a complete culinary corner, equipped with induction cooktops, an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a filtering hood. A full set of utensils and dishes is available for meal preparation. Entertainment is guaranteed with the Smart TV providing access to Netflix, Prime Video, and satellite TV (TivùSat). Other things to note SMOKING POLICY Please note that the entire property is NO SMOKING. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited, even with windows open or leaning out of the window. Penalties will be enforced for violations of the NO SMOKING policy. CASA SOLE is entirely powered by electricity, ensuring an eco-friendly stay. Electric heating is managed through a radiator that covers the entire apartment, providing a warm and welcoming environment during your stay. Regarding the shower, there is a dedicated electric boiler in the bathroom. It's essential to mention that the boiler automatically recharges as soon as the three available hot showers are completed.
