Located on Fishing Creek between both the Severn and South rivers near Thomas Point Lighthouse. Spectacular water views from nearly every room in the property. Elevator access is available to each floor. Neighhorhood park is two blocks way. A perfect location ~5 miles to downtown by car or ~20 minutes by boat. The space Outdoors - there is a private beach, a dock with a TV, 2 firepits, 12 Adirondack chairs, a sectional to fit 10 and a large umbrella. There are also 2 lounge chairs off the master balcony over looking the bay. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use. Sleeping - comfortably sleeps 10 via a king bed, a full on full bunk bed, 2 full beds and a queen pull out couch with 2 additional air mattresses are available. Dining - the formal dining room seats 10 with 6 additional spaces via the breakfast nook. Outdoor seating holds a 6 around the fire pit. Cooking - the property has a gas Viking range as well as a grill, an outdoor griddle and a smoker. Living Areas - there are 2 living rooms, both with TVs Game Room - there is a pool table, shuffle board table, darts, foosball, can jam, bocce ball, corn hole and TV Gym - there are free weights from 5-75 lbs with a power rack, bench, preacher curl, inverted ab station, leg press and treadmill Office - dedicated, private office space with desk, TV and printer Sound System - there is a 7 zone Sonos system throughout the main floor, master bed room and out door area.
