Our guesthouse consists of a small apartment on the second floor of our house with independent access through an external staircase, which leads to a private patio with a pleasant view of all the different types of trees. The place has a very comfortable living room with two cozy bedrooms with wardrobe and dresser drawer, bathroom and a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine. The space Tranquil ambiance, silent, though located in the very center of the city, right next to the JK bridge, just a few minutes from the "Praça dos Três Poderes" where the main government offices are located. Guest access Besides the guest house, it will be possible to enjoy the hammocks in the front yard garden and the swimming pool. Other things to note It is mandatory to send the personal documentation of all guests at the moment of the reservation, with no exceptions. Access will not be allowed to people other than those registered at the time of the reservation. Our space is a family place, and it is expected our guests pay attention to the basic social conventions to maintain a harmonious living environment. Non-smoking space. It is expected this place to be kept clean and in order the same way it was found. Making barbecue is not allowed. We kindly request the towels not to be taken to the pool area. Monthly rental For monthly rentals, in regard to visits that might occur during the stay: - It is mandatory to send ID documents of all the persons the day before the visit; - Visits should not exceed the number of two persons visiting at the same time; - In case someone else stays overnight, an additional guest fee of R$ 100,00 for each person will be charged. Reminding that pets are not allowed, that it is a non-smoking space, and that barbecue is not permitted. The space will be cleaned and towels and bed sheets will be replaced on a weekly basis.
