With a queen and twin sized bed across from each other, a walk-in shower, it is perfect for a grown-up sleepover. Note: this room is street side and may not be suitable for light sleepers. The space Located 5 blocks away from downtown Gainesville, the Sweetwater Branch Inn is a unique staple in town. Comprised of two historical Victorian houses, a courtyard, and well-maintained gardens, the space truly feels like an oasis. Guest access The room, the house you are staying in, the courtyard, gardens, putting green, pool, hot tub, free bike rentals, breakfast, and wine and cheese hour. During your stay The Innkeeper is on site from 9:00am - 9:30pm, Monday through Saturday, and 9:00am - 7:00pm on Sunday. If you have an emergency, you can call the owner who is on call after 9:30pm.
