The floors may creak but it's a well equipped comfortable place with fun décor featuring pieces by Leaping Lizard (A local artisan), and is quiet for being an in-town location. Great access to everything so it's a great place to unwind and stay in or even work remote for extended periods. *There is a cherry plum tree on the property so if you are visiting during August or September you may be able to pick some delicious cherry plums! Whole place is yours. There are a few cupboards/closets set aside for housekeeping, otherwise investigate and enjoy as you see fit. Many places to escape for some alone time if you brought a couple extra guests along. We live about 10 minutes away and are always available to lend a hand or answer a question. Otherwise, we'll keep our distance so you can enjoy The Cadillac Hub on your own. Quiet neighborhood for being right in town. Easy walk to restaurants, breweries, party stores etc... Nice stroll to the lake or the many walking paths of Cadillac. 2 parking spots on property. Easy to get anywhere in town by foot, bike, and can hop in car to get to larger shopping areas or easy access to US-131 and M-115 to explore Northern Michigan. Due to current City Regulations, we can only rent in blocks of 1 month or longer. Please contact for details if you wish to discuss further.
