Recently renovated and fully furnished detached home in Adult resort gated community. Countless activities available including pools, Pickleball, bocce ball, tennis, golf and clubs for every interest. Newly renovated Club House includes billiard and game room, library, lounge, and a restaurant/bar. Most of our guests return every year and consider our home their vacation home. Grocery stores located very close by. HOA requires one quest must be over 55. The space Very Open floor plan which allows for easy living and comfortable casual entertaining. Gated community allows plenty of opportunity to bicycle, walk, run or exercise in a safe, patrolled environment free of traffic and non-residents. Guest access Guests will be permitted to use all facilities upon registration. Additional persons will need permission in advance. Persons under 18 are partially restricted to specific times in common areas, but always allowed to visit in the privacy of rented space. Guests will be provided with badges to use facilities and remote control access to open several gates which limit outside traffic. Other things to note This is a resort like community for Adults who want to feel safe, independent, enjoy the weather and countless amenities. The residents are generally active and very friendly. This is not a stand offish community. You will be as active or private as you wish with no fears from disruptive or non-resident individuals. Very easy to be yourself and choose to stay local in the community, or explore a modern, growing retail area of the valley.
