Stylish, recently renovated two bedroom house with its own private parking and garden / patio area. Conveniently located close to Belfast, right on the Causeway Coastal Route. Perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and homely base with easy access to Belfast city centre, the North Coast and beyond. Also well suited for those seeking long-stay accommodation for work purposes. One small dog welcome. The space Upstairs there are two bright double bedrooms, both offering lots of storage, including accessible drawers underneath each bed. Both rooms benefit from blackout roller blinds. The front bedroom has noise reducing acoustic glass. The back bedroom has newly installed fitted wardrobes. Mattress and pillow protectors on both beds. Upstairs there is also a newly fitted bathroom with a shower and deep soaking Japanese bath. There is a grab rail and step for easy and safe access to and from the shower and bath. Inside the vanity unit you'll find supplies of bathroom essentials. You'll also find shampoo, conditioner and body wash within the shower area. Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge, toilet and spacious open plan kitchen / dining area. The lounge has a comfortable two seater sofa, armchair and coffee table. There is a 32 inch smart TV - while subscriptions are not included feel free to connect and log into any of your own streaming accounts. The kitchen / dining area has been recently renovated and offers all new integrated appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. The oven, microwave and warming drawer are made by high-end German brand NEFF. Cutlery, crockery, cooking, utensils, toaster, coffee machine are also provided, along with complimentary coffee pods, tea bags and milk sachets. Guests should note there is no kettle, but instead there is a Quooker type tap for instant hot / boiling water for tea and coffee. The water tap also benefits from an integrated filter that eliminates impurities. There is a small downstairs toilet underneath the staircase. The house has fast unlimited Wifi throughout. One small dog is welcome to stay at the property provided he/she is not a puppy and they remain downstairs. Outside there is parking for two cars, a private garden and patio area. Guest access Full access to the entire property including garden. Access via lockbox. Other things to note The semi-detached property is located between Newtownabbey Police Station and Northern Regional College on a side road adjacent to the Causeway Coastal Route A2 dual carriageway. The property is separated from the dual carriageway by an embankment of trees and the front bedroom benefits from noise reducing acoustic glass. There is a strict no party policy in place. One small dog is welcome to stay at the property provided he/she is not a puppy (less than one year old) and they remain downstairs. An additional charge of GBP 25 is applied per stay. This property is suitable for toddlers and children under 12. Child safety gates must be requested prior to your stay. A high-chair, baby bath and travel cot are located at the property at all times. There is a deep soaking Japanese bath and shower in the main bathroom. A grab rail and step is installed for easy and safe access. All children must be supervised when using the bath or shower. For babies and toddlers a child bath is provided. We don't accept third party bookings. The person who books the property must stay in the property. If you fail to return the keys, there will be a GBP 20 charge to replace them.
