The house has a sauna, a winter garden, a terrace.Hand is large, with a wooded area.Suvek kitchen has a smoke oven, a grill, with the possibility of cooking. We are located near Lahemaa National Park, 40 minutes drive from the center of Tallinn and the airport. The space The house has a spacious living room connected to an open kitchen and dining room. In the room, there is a big, wood-burning white fireplace. The property is heated by a heated room. On the first floor,a proper conditioner also makes it possible to get extra warmerwhen needed. The first floor has an extra front,sauna/sauna-style that can accommodate 5 people at a time, a laundry room and a small sauna. A storage yard that can be used as a private workspace or as a private room and has access to the terrace. In the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a simple bathtub and toilet. In the house, water comes from a 90-meter deep borehole and is drinkable. The house can accommodate 7 (+1) guests. Guest access Approximate size is 1,5 hekars. The reclaimed area and forest area are limited with a garden. Guests can walk outside from the courtyard to the seaside and to the private beach. If you're interested, take hobby fishing, and good weather is the option to take a boat ride at sea. Parking is available in the courtyard ,where there are 2 gates for cars to drive or outside the garden,there is room for parking for everyone. In the courtyard there is a large summer kitchen, a smoke oven, a barbeque, and cooking. In the summer kitchen, there's a big table with chairs and a seating area where you can spend time with your friends or family and enjoy a good time together. In the south side of the courtyard there is a shelter that can accommodate one car if needed. You can walk anywhere.
