In this peaceful place you can forget all your worries and enjoy a pleasant holiday. The spacious house is equipped with modern kitchen appliances and outdoor spaces. The house has a sauna, a winter garden, a terrace. The courtyard is large, with a forest area. The summer kitchen has a smoke oven, a grill, with the possibility of cooking. We are located near Lahemaa National Park, 40 minutes drive from Tallinn city center and airport. The space The house has a spacious living room, which is connected to an open kitchen and dining room. The room has a large wood-fired white fireplace. The house has geothermal heating. On the ground floor there is a decent air conditioner, which can also be used to quickly get additional heat if the need arises. On the ground floor, in addition to the open space, there is also an entrance hall, a sauna/sauna platform that can accommodate 5 people at a time, a laundry room and a small sauna front room. A winter garden that can be used as a separate work room or a separate lounge and also has access to the terrace. In the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a simple bath and toilet. The house gets water from a 90-meter deep borehole and is drinkable. The house can accommodate 7 (+1) guests. Guest access The size of the property is 1.5 hectares. The yard area and forest area are fenced. Guests can walk from the yard to the sea and to the private beach. If you are interested in hobby fishing and in good weather, you can go boating at sea. Parking is available in the courtyard, where there are 2 gates for cars to enter or outside the garden, there is room for parking for everyone. In the courtyard there is a large summer kitchen, smoke oven, barbecue and cooking facilities. The summer kitchen has a large table with chairs and seating area where you can have a good time with friends or family and cook and enjoy delicious food together. In the southern part of the courtyard there is a shelter, where one car can be accommodated if necessary. You can walk everywhere.
