The space Symmetrical modernist structure where most of the walls are glass windows to nature and the roof floats on glass never touching the walls. Spacious living and dining area in a completely glass structure privately surrounded by the forest. There are 3 rooms with picture perfect views of nature. The original kitchen (with updated appliances) in the center of the house flows into the common spaces. Laundry room with washer and dryer in the basement. The study is a great place to work with completely privacy in the house. Two bathrooms, small but with everything you may need. Two wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy nature, the deers love to sit in the hill opposite to the house, you can relax in the sofas or have lunch while you watch the forest and the animals. Just 15 miles to NYC and with the quaint Rye town a walk away. Enjoy a wonderful leisure stroll around Kirby Pond, 5 minutes away. Guest access Self access. Other things to note There are two separate thermostats, a Nest next to the TV and an AC one outside the master bedroom . The laundry room is in the basement. To make the stove work, place the pan first on top then press the numbers starting with 0 , then continue pressing 1,2,3 … and so on until the desired number.
