The original kitchen (with updated appliances) in the center of the house flows into the common spaces. The study is a great place to work with completely privacy in the house. Two bathrooms, small but with everything you may need. Two wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy nature, the deers love to sit in the hill opposite to the house, you can relax in the sofas or have lunch while you watch the forest and the animals. Just 15 miles to NYC and with the quaint Rye town a walk away. Enjoy a wonderful leisure stroll around Kirby Pond, 5 minutes away. Guest access Self access. There is lock box outside. Other things to note There are two separate thermostats, a Nest next to the TV and an AC one outside the master bedroom .
