The room is very bright and there are extra blankets and pillows available, while in the living room there is a single sofa bed, a full HD Smart TV and a desk for smart working. From the living area, through a French door, you can access a lovely terrace overlooking the inside of the residential complex. IMPORTANT: To comply with Italian laws you must send a copy of the identity card (front and back) or passport of each guest who will be staying in the apartment before checking in. COT: The cot/crib is an additional service and the fee is €15.00 per night. It measures 120x60 and has two positions: the crib mode for babies from 0 to 12 months and the mode from 1 to 3 years for a maximum of 15 kg, while the changing table has a maximum weight of 9 kg. It is on the 3rd floor and is located inside a historic building under the protection of fine arts, where it is not possible to install an elevator, so it does not have one. The apartment is located in one of the central streets, where there are very popular and trendy bars that offer music and evening shows of various kinds. Throughout the year, every Wednesday and Saturday morning there is the historic weekly market, and every second Sunday of the month the antiques market.
