Perfect space for visiting Aggieland for the holidays. 2 bedroom duplex home with a large enclosed backyard that is perfectly located near the new Travis Bryan super Park and Big Shots. 6 min to Kyle Field. Large sectional couch gives you plenty of space for everyone to enjoy watching tv on our 55inch Smart screen or chatting about the day's events. Perfect size kitchen to cook a few meals or prep some snacks. Both bedrooms are equal size with ample closet space and dressers. First primary bed has a new Zinus, 10 inch mattress making it a comfortable KING bed. Our 2nd primary bedroom has 2 twin XL beds with 10 inch mattresses which is perfect if traveling with older children OR we can push it together and have a 2nd king bed. The bathroom has recently been upgraded with a new, beautiful, double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. Backyard is fully enclosed and there is a private deck off the living room, that is nicely shaded by a beautiful oak. This rental is for a full 2 bedroom duplex that will require climbing up two steps to enter the space. Entire unit is one story. There is a shared wall (off the kitchen and king bed) with the full time neighbor with minimal pass through noise. Parking is right out front for 2 cars and plenty of street parking on the side of the house. Private deck is one step up from ground to enjoy backyard. This is an older unit, so may not be ADA accessible. I’m always available via text or Airbnb email for any questions or concerns. This unit is located in the West Villa district, close by Big Shots (think Top Golf) and the new super park, Midtown park in Bryan, Texas. Quiet side of town that is a short 5-6 minute drive to the heart of campus and Kyle Field. Texas A&M University/Kyle Field (5 mins) Reed Arena (6-7 mins) Olsen Field (8-9 mins) George Bush Library (4-5 mins) Midtown Travis Bryan Park (3-4 mins) and an easy walk or bike ride over. Big Shots Golf Complex (3-4 mins) or an easy walk home Neighbor does have a dog and there is a chain link fence that separates the two backyards. If your animal is aggressive towards other animals, this is not the space for you.
