Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located apartment, one block off Main Street in Roblin, Manitoba. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. This 2 bedroom 1 bath Unit #4 apartment is located in an older 4-plex apartment complex. It is the back unit on the North side of the building. Fully equipped with furniture, bedding & linens and basically everything you need for your stay away from home. The space This 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment unit is fully furnished and ready for you. The primary bedroom has two double beds and the smaller bedroom has one single bed and one double bed (the room is very limited in extra space). Enjoy our brand new True Experience ® duvets which have a unique blend of cotton and microfiber combined with gel fiber. Choose between two different types of pillows; the cluster fiber pillow for guests who require more support or the gel fiber pillow which provides the most comfortable sleep experience. There is also a queen size air mattresses for extra guests (plenty of room in living room to set up this extra mattress which has a built in pump for easy set up). This bi-level apartment has 2 flights of stairs so it is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs or young children. Enjoy complimentary coffee & tea. This is an older apartment complex so guests can expect older appliances and fixtures however we have done are best to provide a cozy & clean environment . All comforters & blankets are brand new and there are plenty of towels (with both bath towels & bath sheets as well as extra comforter & a set of sheets for air mattress). Children under 12 years old stay for FREE! (do not include them when booking but be sure to let us know) This is an extremely quiet building! Guest access This is not a shared space. There is a separate entrance and you will have access to the entire apartment which also has washer/dryer inside for your use (laundry soap & fabric softener provided). There are other tenants in the building so noise must be minimal after 10 pm plus the owner lives right next door. There are no parties allowed. Other things to note There is one parking spot at the back of the building and plug in area for your vehicle in the winter (just need your cord). However there is plenty of street parking at the front of the building. There are also exterior lights on all side of complex so it is very well lit at night. This is a safe residential area. During the winter months all windows & sliding door have been covered with window film to reduce the heating cost since the windows are older and we ask that guests take care not to damage this protective film.
