There are many places to have fun, eat well, or buy good things. My tips are simple, I write the places I usually go. To eat pizza and have a good drink 🍺 at the Postiglione or the Malaga pizzeria in Caorle(you can walk from home). To buy good wine 🍾 at the Ponte winery (road to Jesolo, 8/9 km). For breakfast at the "kiosk" ☕ on the sea (200 meters). For the most diverse things, it is fun to take a walk to the market, in Caorle it is very large and is held near the amusement park every Saturday morning (2 km from the house). For fruits and vegetables at the fruit vendor in front or at the Faraon kiosk 🍒🍉🍐 in Duna Verde (also direct sale of wine and honey 5 km from home), or from Migotto near the port of Caorle (great prices). For 🍦the "ice cream house" (in the historic center 1, 5 km from home). For a romantic dinner, based on fish, "Al Faro" (on the waterfront near the house) "ai casoni" (typical fishermen's buildings in the lagoon praised by Hemingway), at the end of the eastern beach. N.B.: when eating fish, always choose the 'catch' of the day. There are bike paths. If you can't bring your bikes, don't worry, you can rent them near the house (there are all kinds and sizes). A lot of fun for those who know how to go on the skates. There are miles of viable slopes. Every day along the dam there are pasque lovers with baits and fishing rods, while the swans swim blessed with the evocative boats come in and out of the port. The accommodation tax, to be paid in cash upon arrival, is €1.20 per person over 12 years of age for each overnight stay (max 7). Cleaning fees include cleaning and sanitizing.
