Our cleaners require sufficient time to fully clean, stock, and make the home beautiful before your arrival. - We have a STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY on the premises (inside and outside). Per our house rules, if there is evidence of smoking of any kind (including vaping), you will be charged for damages and extra cleaning. - Because the neighborhood is quiet, residential, and the neighbors are close by, and we want all of our quest to have a lovely and cozy experience, we do not tolerate parties, loud music, or any sort of altercations. If there are any issues like this during your stay, we will require you to leave immediately with no refund of unstayed days. We are currently in the process of restoring the area with increased biodiversity and natives. - You will be extremely lucky to have this much greenspace within the limits of Atlanta. Take a moment to swing in the hammock and enjoy the large variety of bird songs and the forest. Many times you can see a large variety of birds including woodpeckers, hummingbirds, hawks, and owls from the backyard.
