Log cabin Katharina on the ski meadow

Haus Katharina (for 6 people) is a rustic log cabin in a prominent, unique location directly on the ski slope in/by the nature reserve. The property is 1,100 m². Perfect location - apart from the ski and toboggan run, the Wurmberg cable car and the town center with cafes and restaurants are also easily accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has upscale, cozy furnishings in a country house style – with underfloor heating, a fireplace and its own sauna. The house consists entirely of 🪵 The space This is 1 Blockhaus Katharina, which you can rent – with upscale equipment in a perfect location. The property (1100 m2) borders directly on the nature reserve 🌳 and is in the immediate vicinity of the Harz National Park. The wood comes from Estonia. We have processed exclusively "almost" only natural materials and colors on an eco-basis. You can also book 3 houses (Philip log cabin and the PanHütte); these are perfect for groups of up to 14 people. Since May 2023, there is a very small log cabin for 2 people on the property - the PanHütte. This cottage can also be booked via Airbnb. The large garden invites many children to play. The property is partially fenced. You can reach the ski meadow through the small garden gate. For our very small guests, travel cots (flat rate €25.00 or free of charge without assembly/disassembly/duvet/pillow/linen) and high chairs are available on request. There is one bedroom and an open sleeping loft with 2 single beds for the 3rd and 4th person (this is accessible via a steep staircase). In the living area, there is a sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person (this area can also be partitioned off). Now new: WALLBOX - please bring charging cable! UNFORTUNATELY NO PETS! Guest access The house has a shed for bicycles, strollers, sleds, etc., as well as a utility room. There is a ski boot dryer in each house utility room. There is another house on the property. Each house has a parking space for 2 cars and a Wallbox. The wallbox can be used by arrangement with the guests. There is a key safe on the house. We will send you the access code by email in good time before your arrival. Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Please check out by 10 am. This gives our cleaning service enough time to thoroughly prepare all five accommodations and make them available for the next guests on time. Other things to note The visitor's tax (DiGiCard) has been included in the price of Airbnb since 12.2025. The fee is shown separately. The cleaning fee (€125.00) includes the following: Cleaning, laundry package for 2 people (already covered). There are 2 large sauna towels available in the sauna in the house. On the terrace is a lounge, parasol, barbecue, sun lounger (in the shed) and a fire pit - between both houses. Music is provided in the house, with one BOSE Smart Speaker each. The nightly rate includes the following: sewage fees, water fees, rainwater, electricity, gas, tourism tax, sales tax, trade tax, second residence tax, income tax, chimney sweep, gema, broadcasting fee, chamber costs, summer and winter service, internet, firewood, street cleaning, insurance, bathroom items, kitchen supplies,.. Note: there is no oil available (Airbnb cannot delete this information itself!) We also rent 3 log houses and 2 apartments (one with sauna) online via Airbnb. ALL PROPERTIES WITHOUT PETS!
