Townhouse with private pool and fireplace. It is located on the road that goes up from Manilva to Sabinillas. A car is needed to go to the beach or go shopping. The house has a private garden so dogs are welcome. If the car is not too large, there is room to park it inside the house. The bedroom is attached to the living room, separated by a wooden screen. In the living room there is a sofa bed where a child could sleep. Ideal for couples with children. The space The house has a private garden and pool, two porches with chairs for eating outside, a kitchenette, dining room, bedroom and living room together separated by a wooden screen, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a fireplace, the house does not have air conditioning. I have a gas stove and a fan. It's not usually too hot because the air flows a lot. Guest access The house, garden, and pool are private and exclusively for the use of tenants. The pool can be used all year round. Inside the house there is a parking space. If the car is not too large, it can be parked inside. I have a partner van and it fits perfectly. Otherwise, you would have to park at the top of the development because the lower part is reserved for the other houses. It's a very quiet urbanization.
