The "Burehüsli" is a cozy, stylish chalet, built in 1981. The house is surrounded by trees and meadows. Quiet, sunny location on the slope with unique views of Lake Brienz and the Brienzerrothorn mountain chain. For exclusive use: natural property. Narrow access via 10 km of mountain road. Staircase with 15 steps to the house. A labeled parking space above the stairs (not usable in winter!). In addition, a parking space in the Schybärg garage, 200 meters away. The space 3.5 room chalet, 58 m², on 2 floors, central heating. Bright, cozy and romantically furnished. Open living/dining room with Swedish stove, dining area, flat-screen TV, radio, DVD and Blu-ray player. First floor: One room with a double bed (160 cm). Open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, 4 glass ceramic hob plates, fridge, electric coffee maker, raclette oven, fondue set and hand mixer with blender. Bath/shower, with hairdryer, and separate toilet. Lower floor (steep stairs): One room with 3 beds (2 x 90, 1 x 80 cm). Garden patio. Terrace furniture, garden grill (mobile), deck chairs (2). Very nice panoramic lake and mountain views. Provided: iron, highchair, baby crib up to 2 years. Wood (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Key safe for self check-in. Fire extinguisher available. Please note: Non-smoking house. No dogs. Arrival time 4 pm, departure time 10 am. Other things to note A reserved parking space by the house. In winter, no access to the house by car! A parking space, number 23, is reserved in the Schybärg parking garage, at the beginning of Brandfluhweg, 200 meters from the house. You must first get the garage key at the vacation home, key safe! It has a large sled with which the luggage can be taken to the Burehüsli. The path there leads over the ski slope in winter. The house is 200 meters from the ski slope, winter hiking trail and toboggan run.
