Guest access This one-bedroom private unit is in a building with three other one-bedroom private units. Each unit has a private entrance on the back of the building. A dedicated parking lot is located directly behind the building. Each guests is given one parking spot (not assigned). No one is allowed two vehicles. Guests must park on side streets. Guests can access the private one-bedroom one-bath unit with self-check in. Other things to note This unit is beautifully decorated by professional designers and professional Airbnb Superhost. The building itself was built in 1960s and while it very well-maintained, the building is older. We take very good care of each unit and ensure it is professionally cleaned and maintained. The building is located on a four-lane divided road that has some road noise. We ensure each unit has a sound machine and black-out curtains. It blocks most of the noise. Plus, the bedrooms are located in the back of the building which helps with road noise, too. As hosts, we have 100+ 5-star reviews. As a world traveler, I have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs myself.
