This mountain and garden-facing apartment offers a comfortable and homely experience. It is ideal for both a long-term stay or a weekend getaway and is the perfect place to relax and discover the beauty of the Overberg. The space This north-facing, ground-floor apartment has a lovely garden-and-mountain view (no ocean view). As you step through the front door you walk into a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable 3-seater couch, chic armchairs, and a large smart TV. The TV is connected to the WiFi and has a selection of pre-downloaded streaming apps. Nestled in the bay window is a stylish 6-seater dining table overlooking the tranquil gardens of Bayview. A cosy 4-seater breakfast bar separates the recently renovated kitchen and living area and is the perfect spot for a quick bite to eat or a cup of coffee. The kitchen is a fresh, modern design and features everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso machine and kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a 4-plate gas hob, an electric oven, and a large fridge-freezer. In the main bedroom, you find a king-sized bed, blackout curtains, ample closet space, and a dressing table which you could also use as a workspace. The full en-suite bathroom has a shower-over-bath and a range of locally sourced products for your use. In the second bedroom, you find two single beds, plenty of closet space, and a built-in dressing table. The second bathroom is also complete and has a shower. Step out at the back of the apartment onto Bayview’s lovely gardens where you will find communal BBQ facilities close by. Guest access Guests at Mila's Place have access to safe, dedicated underground parking. Our guests also have access to the property’s communal BBQ facilities. Other things to note Our apartment welcomes families with toddlers and babies, and we can provide a feeding chair, baby bath, and travel cot upon request to make your stay more comfortable. However, please note that the property is not specifically designed with children in mind. The lawn area in front of the apartment is not fenced, so supervision is essential while children play outside. While we will always ensure the apartment is cleaned to our usual high standards, it does happen that dust is easily stepped into the apartment due to the natural surroundings. Parents of crawling toddlers should be aware that they may pick up some dust on their clothes as they crawl around the space. To help minimize this, we advise removing shoes at the front door to avoid bringing dust in from outside. Finally, the two single beds can be converted to a King-sized bed. Please request this at least a few days before arrival.
