Enjoy a luxury experience in this centrally-located accommodation. Impressive 19th century building completely renovated in the summer of 2022. We have 11 apartments, all decorated with exquisite taste, elegant, bright and central. The building has been recovering all its essence from the time, revealing its brick walls, wooden beams on the ceiling and mosaic floors. Capacity for 45 people in total, spread over different fully independent apartments The space This is a beautiful 1-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor. It has a private interior patio with tables and chairs where you can eat or work outdoors. We have a sofa bed, living-dining room, large bathroom and shower, full kitchen, TV, internet, Netflix and centralized air conditioning. Due to the central location of this accommodation, there may be disturbances from outside noise (passers-by on the street, neighbors, parties). This will not be subject to any compensation. Please note that all guests (regardless of age) must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the previous order will be a formal reason to deny access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation. ⚠️Our properties are not pet friendly. Guest access The building has a bright interior courtyard covered by a large skylight, equipped with tables and chairs so that all guests can relax, read or even work in a quiet environment. It has 2 apartments on the ground floor and 3 apartments on each of the upper floors. All floors are accessible by both stairs and elevator. There is a small flight of stairs from the elevator to each apartment. To facilitate access, we have a stair lift for people with reduced mobility, which can be used whenever necessary. Other things to note The two apartments located on the ground floor can be used together as a 2-bedroom apartment as it has a door that separates these two spaces. You can ask us for a special price for the two rooms together. It is forbidden to make noise after 10pm and smoke throughout the establishment and inside the apartment.
