Please park considerately, keeping the pavement clear for pushchairs and wheelchair users. Please note the access lane to the property is an uneven, rocky country path........ take care when walking down to the cottage. Vehicles must not be parked down the lane as farmers require constant access and turning is not possible. The whole property is yours to enjoy, including the front and rear patios. Other things to note Long-term stays are very welcome at Austerfield, including contractor bookings with discounts available for regular returning guests. Our cleaning team will require access approximately every 14 days to change bedding, towels and carry out a general clean.
