The house accommodates up to 5 guests making it ideal for families or adult groups visiting DeLand or Stetson University Other things to note We cater to small families and adult groups. Due to our location, guests must include at least 1 person 25 years of age or older. For the security of our guests and our home, we will soon have an external security camera (a recording device) located at the front door only.
