Enjoy this carefully decorated house, ideal for everyone: single-story allowing you to make the most of the summer thanks to the sliding glass door giving direct access to the pool (salt treated and secured by an electric roller shutter). Spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite, bathroom, the house is fully air-conditioned. One bedroom can accommodate either 1 double bed or 2 single beds, it's up to you! Covered terrace with WEBER gas barbecue. The space When you enter the house, you will discover a small entrance with somewhere to hang your jackets and sit down to put your shoes away. You will then arrive in a large 50 m2 living room composed of a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a sofa (which can be used as a makeshift bed) and a ceramic table for 6 to 8 people (2 m X 1 m). From the living room you can open a bay window that opens onto a 15 m² covered terrace, ideal in summer. If you prefer to cool off or sunbathe, then open the 3 m sliding glass door that opens directly onto the terrace and the 4 m by 6.5 m pool. A toilet with sink near the living room is carefully decorated. You will then access the hallway, two bedrooms on the right, a bathroom with bathtub and double sink opposite. Turn left and the master bedroom will offer you all its charm, a king size bed, a dressing room, a sink, a toilet, a walk-in shower... Note: the pool is secured by an electric roller shutter. It is treated with salt: softer skin. Accommodation officially classified as furnished tourist accommodation in 2023 by the Roquebrune-sur-Argens Tourist Office. Guest access The house is on a plot of just over 800 m2, located in a small subdivision, it is individual and recent. You will also have access to the whole garden, swimming pool and secure parking (private, free and enclosed). You will have access to the entire house except a part of the locked garage. Other things to note Minimum 5-night or 6-night rental (or as applicable). Discount from the 7th night. We started renting our house in the summer of 2023 and exclusively in the summer season.
