Beautiful, newer home in upscale neighborhood. The space Jack-and-Jill suite, private connected bathroom with double sinks, shower, and water closet. Your space is secured with locks. Second bedroom occupied by Son, who uses a guest bathroom. Use of Family/TV room and additional guest bathroom. Shared kitchen, dining areas, Laundry room, and covered patio overlooking expansive, very private green space. Covered front porch with seating, as well. Female or male guests welcomed. Guest access Front and back doors. During your stay Owner is retired lady, but works part-time; always available in person or by phone; very friendly and hospitable, but respectful of your privacy. Son helps with property management. Other things to note Male or female are both welcome.
