Mango House is a boutique hotel in the heart of the historic Galle Fort in Sri Lanka. It's lovely to note that the name of the “Mango House” was proposed by one of the European guests. This is a classic and unique authentic bungalow for international guests. Guests at Mango House enjoy a unique experience, bridging the best of colonial-era architecture with funky, modern twists. The space The gorgeous rooms on the ground and first floor have French doors, which open onto the tropical-style private courtyard, where guests can enjoy their breakfast in the sunshine or just relax with a good book. Mango House also has two adjacent Superior Double courtyard rooms on each floor. All are decorated in Dutch colonial style blended with contemporary European and Asian themes. Each room has a Queen size four-poster bed with mosquito netting, a desk and a wardrobe. A fan and AC keep guests cool as they relax with satellite TV or a DVD borrowed for free from their extensive DVD library. The rooms have en-suite bathrooms, finished in contemporary polished concrete, with a rainforest shower and organic luxury amenities. Free internet is available throughout the hotel and in every bedroom.
