It's all about location and you deserve a vacation

Just a short walk to the beach/ocean, restaurants, and shops. Please Note: *There is NO onsite laundry* Laundromats are nearby. Our first floor condo has a large semi-private walkout patio area for tanning and get-togethers, central air, charcoal grills nearby, and a HEATED pool for Friendly Native owners and their renters only. Getting around: You can walk, drive, take the trolley or call for a free shuttle. The space You will have the entire condo to yourself. There are two double beds in the bedroom. We also have a roll out single bed that works well in the living room, and a couch. The front part patio area may be shared/used with the condo next door. Rarely do their guests use the area. You can use this as an entrance as long as you have the key from the lockbox. Condo Parking: The condo requires we get the make and model of your car along with the state & license plate number. You can text the information to the number you get the code from the night before, or send an email through Airbnb. You can park for free around the building as long as we have your car information. There is no reserved spot, but there are plenty of spaces, including the metered parking spaces you may park in for free. During peak vacation times, November-April, parking can be very hard to find because more people will be renting at in our complex. Also, beachgoers from around the area have been known to park in our numbered spots. This is illegal and they will get ticketed. If you have a parking place, best to walk during the day or don't come back until the evening if you want a spot. Guest access You will have access to a front door and patio door. Other things to note 1. Cleaning: We require guests to clean up their messes, wash dishes and put them away, and take out trash before checking out. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine. We will do a deep clean of the condo after. We will take pictures of any messes we deem chargeable and send them to you when we request the fine. 2. Departing before original check-out date: If you need to cut your stay short after you arrive, we will not be able to offer you a refund due to the impossibility of being able to rent it on such short notice. Extenuating circumstances will be considered, but no guarantees.
