ENHANCED CLEANING METHODS & PRACTICES All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with special attention given to high-tough items such as door handles, light switches, thermostats, telephones, remote controls, alarm clocks, drapery pulls, furniture knobs, appliances, faucet handles, and toilet and shower handles. The latest cleaning technology from ECOLAB ensures common areas are completely sanitized. Multiple cleaning stations mean easy access to hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Resort staff have been trained by industry-leading cleaning experts from Ecolab on proper disinfection procedures. High-touch surfaces across public areas from telephones and touchscreens to handles and hand railings are frequently cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved, virus-killing products. Other things to note The resort reserves the right to open and close amenities prior to or during guest stays at their discretion. No refunds will be provided for amenity closures or inability to access amenities due to occupancy limitations. Guest agrees to immediately contact the appropriate on-site front desk, housekeeping, maintenance staffs and hosts to report any specific issue that may impact their stay.
