In the heart of wine country, and local breweries this resort style cottage offers over 80 acres of amenities and something to do for everyone. This cottage boasts designer finishes, fibre internet, air conditioning, heating, kids pool, adults pool and so much more! We welcome everyone to enjoy our cottage retreat. The space On site complimentary facilities: Kids pool, adults only pool, adults gym facilities, mini-put, beachfront, boathouse with complimentary kayaks, canoes and stand up paddle boards, tennis court, beach volleyball court, basketball court, bocci ball, shuffle board, kids playground and walking trails. THE COTTAGE: This designer cottage is yours to enjoy! Complete with fibre internet, cable tv, A/C and heat for your comfort. It has 2 Bedrooms + 1 bedrooms loft, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, bonus lounge/ reading nook and a washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Vaulted ceilings make it feel open and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook and serve and it even has a dishwasher for easy clean up. If you’d prefer to BBQ there’s one right outside with propane provided. The cottage is equipped with plenty of games and movies for any downtime or rainy days. **This cottage offers a bonus loft space that is available for renter use as a bonus lounge or bedroom ** BEDROOMS: Master bedroom: KING size bed 2nd bedroom: QUEEN size bed 3rd bedroom: LOFT with double bed and a futon **Note this has a steep ladder access and is not suitable for people with mobility issues Living room: Trundle style Queen Sofa bed = no bars in the middle of your back. **Bed Linens provided Max occupancy: 6 OUTSIDE: West facing composite deck with beautiful sunsets! Private court centrally located to all amenities, Patio set for lounging on the deck, Muskoka chairs for the firepit, propane BBQ for grilling (gas provided) and 2 parking spots. Guest access Full use of the designer cottage and all of the amenities onsite (no additional fees to sign out kayaks, SUP, canoes) Gated access with security onsite. For travellers, It’s located 2hrs East of Toronto, 2.5-3 hrs west of Ottawa and Quebec. Other things to note Check in time is between 4-7pm **if you will be after 7 pm please advise so we can make arrangements for you to access. We cover your resort fees for your stay INCLUDING guests 5/6 (if applicable) A $500 refundable damage deposit will be collected at time of booking We provide complimentary Sandbanks pass to our guests (you must pre-book minimum 5 days before going **You will need your online reservation AND pass to access) We provide Bed linens we DO NOT provide beach/ bath towels - please bring your own. All garbage is to be removed upon leaving (garbage/recycle facilities on site) Please note the loft has a secure but steep ladder for access and renters take FULL responsibility in using this ladder safely and only for the intended use.
