It is equipped with a personal refrigerator and a microwave for storing and reheating food, but no cooking facilities. The unit also features a Smart TV that is Netflix-ready and includes Wi-Fi. For your comfort, it has a queen-size bed, a hot shower, and a bidet. Guest access SWIMMING POOL Hours: Open from 6 AM to 9 PM Location: 6th Floor, Tower 2 Note: The pool is closed on Mondays for regular maintenance. Access: Only registered guests can use the pool and other building facilities. GYM Fee: Php 100 per hour Other things to note HOUSE RULES No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted in the building. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Registered Guests Only: Only guests who are officially registered are allowed inside the building. HOUSEKEEPING GUIDELINES For Long-Term Guests (Staying 3 days or more): Your room will be cleaned and towels will be replaced every 3 days.
