Description
Welcome to our non-smoking apartment Namibia, which has been 2023 renovated and refurbished. Parking fully equipped, kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom with terrace on the ground floor. Guest toilet in the hallway!, shower bath and second toilet in the basement!! Both belong exclusively to the apartment. Lots of shopping facilities (Kaufland/ bakery/ pharmacy/ restaurants) bustop nearby. From this centrally located accommodation you can reach all important places in a few minutes by foot. The space Advantages: location close to the city centre, fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace, private parking, 2 toilets. The small toilet is located on the ground floor, opposite the entrance of the apartment. There is also the staircase to the large shower room and an additional toilet. It's one floor down, in the basement, outside of the apartment. Both are inside the buiding, belong exclusively to the apartment and are only used by the respective guests of the holiday apartment Namibia. (no sharing) In the basement is also the boiler room and laundry room for the house. The apartment has a 180x200cm double bed in the bedroom. Bedroom is quiet, with a window to the courtyard. In the living room is a 100x200cm sofa bed (the gray one in the picture) that can be pulled out. So if there are 3 people or 2 people (who sleep separately), the couch remains as a seat. There is no door from the living room to the kitchen, the bedroom has a door. Fun Facts. To make sure that everything is perfect, we "test slept" in the apartment. How many times have we been annoyed on our travels when we bought a bottle of wine and some hosts did not have a bottle opener or other such little things. We don't want that to happen to our guests. We leave nothing to chance ;-). Senseo coffee machine and filter machine available. Pepper mill, oil, vinegar, balsamic, some spices, wine glasses, egg cups, cutting boards, cans and bottle opener provided. (which are often missing in vacation rentals) Kitchen equipment: fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, as well as glasses, pots, pans, colander etc. The kitchen is well equipped, in the area you can quickly get good takeaway food. Washingmachine and dryer. Guest access Terrace access to the covered terrace part directly from the bedroom. Smokers /vapers are welcome to smoke on the terrace but not in the apartment. We provide a parking space directly at the house. You will find an E-charging station at VW Löhr & Becker about 4-5 minutes straight ahead on foot, the other one at LIDL about 6-8 minutes away. We are not barrier-free, some steps in front of the house and in the house. Other things to note The shower room has a low ceiling height. Especially in the shower, people over 1.86m tall would have to bend down a bit. We have already had 2 guests who are 1.95 and 1.98m tall, who did not find this disturbing. Nevertheless, we would like to point this out. At the sink, the ceiling is higher, there are no problems here. The guest toilet has a very high ceiling.
