Guest access The entire space will be yours alone. The house is divided into two separate dwellings, with the owner living in the adjacent apartment. Ski storage and boot dryer are in the owner's garage, located off of your private entry foyer. The only shared space will be this ski/boot storage area, and the outdoor heated hot tub, which the owner will not use prior to 9.30pm when guests are in attendance. Other things to note Two fold-out, single beds are available by request, should you have guests. The owner requests that your guests be agreed in advance, that they be over 18yo, and that any additional guests will be billed at $50 per night, per guest. The entire 12 acre, 4 bed, 3 bath property , featuring multiple living areas, gym space, garden room, large covered dining patio, chef's kitchen and double garage is available to rent during the summer by negotiation.
