The apartment does not convey any apartment flair but makes you feel at home, due to the minimal equipment that is not typical of an apartment. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor and was lovingly completely renovated by the owner in 2021. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in a quiet location in a residential area. Furthermore, the apartment offers 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, a large living room with dining area, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual household appliances such as toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stove/oven dishwasher and microwave. The apartment is available with free Wi-Fi, cable TV and parking. The beautiful and idyllic village of Röthlein is 10 km from the industrial city of Schweinfurt and offers a great variety in terms of history (Schweinfurt city wall), Culinary (Habaneros, Hirschkeller), culture (Georg Schäfer Museum) and leisure (Wildpark an den Eichen). But if you like to be active could not make a better vacation choice, with around 1000 km of cycling trails there is all kinds to see and to ride, whether along the Main to the idyllic villages of Stammheim, Volkach or Wipfeld or simply roaming through the pampas. However, leisure activities are very important and there is still much more to see, be it the Steigerwald treetop trail, the cultural city of Würzburg with the famous residence (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or the Marienberg Fortress, Freizeitland Geiselwind or or or .... there are no limits. Guest access The vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor and is directly after the front door on the right up the stairs, where there is another private apartment door.
