Accommodating comfortably up to 4 people, the apartment is ideal for families. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for children, offering an additional sleeping solution if needed. This elegant and fully equipped 3-room apartment is the perfect place for a sunny stay on the Riviera, combining relaxation and discoveries with family or friends! Guest access In the residence, you will have free access to several common areas from 9 AM to 10 PM: Billiard room (access via stairs to the basement) / darts / foosball. Gym (in the basement): bikes, treadmill, weight bench, yoga mats, pull-up bar, punching bag. Rooftop (access via steep stairs) with sun loungers, bathtub, shower, pergola, and dining area. Other things to note Free Access to the Hot Tub from 9 AM to 10 PM Hot tub dimensions: 2m x 4m, heated in winter and mid-season. Not heated during summer. Access to the basement via stairs (not suitable for people with reduced mobility). Maximum of 6 people at a time. Session duration during peak times: 45 minutes per day. Rules: Showering is mandatory before each session. Swimwear is required. Flip-flops and bathrobes are recommended, shoes are strictly prohibited in the jacuzzi area. Respect the scheduled time slots.
