We have a fenced in yard w sandbox and hammock and a large patio for eating outside and a gas grill for BBQ. On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining area, indoor gas fireplace, playroom w tons of kids toys, legos and large TV w Roku and living room w piano and large installed speakers you can link to your phone w Bluetooth. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom w king bed and en suite bathroom, kids bedroom w bunk beds, guest bedroom w queen sized bed and a desk, office chair and complete workspace, and a shared full bathroom off the landing. Our basement is finished with separate, stylish office space (work from home anyone?), with direct outdoor access to the yard, a playroom with swing and tumbling mats for more physical play, a great option for cold weather, a guest room with king bed (and large TV w Roku) and a full bathroom. You can access all rooms and basement office. The garage and basement storage room will be locked and inaccessible as we store our personal belongings there. I am always reachable on my cell. This space and area is wonderful for families, and many families live in the neighborhood. There is an elementary school down the hill from us (just steps from our door) with 2 playgrounds to choose from. If you are here during snow season, you will have so much fun sledding just steps outside your front door! Beacon has a thriving Main Street (just 10 minutes walking, 2 minutes driving) with plenty of wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, an independent movie theater and the world class modern art museum DIA! There are gorgeous hiking trails nearby including Mt. Beacon, hiking up to the reservoir and walks along the Hudson River. There is parking for several cars (up to 5) in our driveway.
