The max. capacity of this villa is 30 people (8 double rooms, 3 triple rooms & 1 quintuple room) so keep in mind that if you want the whole house for yourself, you need to book all rooms. All double rooms have either one double or two single beds in each, little fridge, private bathroom and the balcony while triple rooms have 3 single beds, little fridge, private bathroom and the balcony. Quadruple room has 4 single beds, little fridge, private bathroom and the balcony. Guest access Guests are provided with free PARKING, WIFI & AIR CON. Please just be aware that the pool is shared with all guests of the house, as well as the ground floor outdoor kitchen & the grill area. Other things to note Upon your arrival you are obligated to leave a damage deposit of 960 EUR which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after your accommodation has been checked.
