Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom with bath. The space The flat is composed as follows: - A 16 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (equipped with two 80 cm mattresses). Sideboard, serving table, oval table with six chairs. - An open-plan kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso pod coffee machine... - A bathroom with bathtub and shower screen. - Separate toilet. - Entrance hall with a large wardrobe equipped with 2 mirrored sliding doors. - A large mezzanine with a double bed (160×200), two single beds (90 cm), wall-mounted TV, CD player, chest of drawers, wall-mounted bookcase. Outside : - Balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - A ski room with your own cupboard, operated with the flat key. - When you leave the ski room, you go up a few log steps or through the building opposite and put your ski boots on... - Ski boots are to be removed in the ski room and can be carried into the flat. - The access to the mezzanine is via a miller's ladder with Chinese steps - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Please give one week's notice. You will need to collect the linen from our partner, about 10 minutes' drive from the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
