The space On the same level as the living room, 5 bedrooms (1 king size and 3 queen size plus an apartment), large living room (with a large sofa bed) and a very large terrace of 110 m2. 3 steps to access the kitchen (or step-free access from the outside) and 1 step for the shower. 1 large bathroom+shower with double vanity, 1 separate toilet and a private shower room with wc in a bedroom. 3 of the bedrooms have direct terrace access with French window. The 5th bedroom is a separate apartment in the cottage that is available for 2 people (with its own shower and toilet) and can be made available for large groups for an additional fee (option to be requested). Very large, super-equipped kitchen. Large garden with swimming pool (wintering from mid-October to early spring). Outdoor sauna for 5-6 people. Hot tub on the terrace for 5 people. Outdoor children's games (sandbox, swing...) Board games available, darts, ping pong table. Guest access The entire cottage is reserved for your use (for the people listed on your booking) without being shared with other people or groups. You have access to all the equipment. Only access to the 2 closed garages is reserved (for storage of elements of the gîte). Other things to note Private parties, including those with an external gathering, are prohibited. Pets are welcome as long as the gîte remains clean and in good condition upon departure, respecting the indications set out in the contract and the internal regulations.
